Vegan Vanilla, Berry and Mango Smoothie Bowl


How does ice cream for breakfast sound? Not really. But if ice cream was a breakfast dish, this smoothie bowl would be a fancier cousin. Unlike an ice cream, this smoothie bowl contains the fruit-enriched goodness of a smoothie and the satisfaction of eating out of a bowl. So it’s safe to say that it is the best of both worlds. With being fairly easy to make, this smoothie bowl is become a health phenomenon. Regardless of how you alter the recipe, it will load you up with high-octane nutrition.


  • 1 serving of Soyvita Sweetened Vanilla
  • 1 cup of Mangoes
  • 1 cup of Strawberries
  • 1 cup of Blueberries
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 cup of Coconut Water


  • Raisins
  • Granola
  • Coconut
  • Chia Seeds


  • You know the drill – blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Transfer it into a bowl.
  • Neatly arrange the toppings.
  • Post on Instagram. (not mandatory tho!).
