Descriptions:
This has to be one of our favourites. It’s like a movable energy bar that you don’t have to chew. Really works out well for some of us with wheels tied to our feet. If you don’t really like the idea of drinking soy, this is where you should start. In fact, it’s not just the taste that we love about it. It’s loaded with good stuff that’s great for you, which means quality protein, carbohydrates and other vital nutrients like B12, D and calcium. If you’re the kind who’d rather skip breakfast and rush than getting up early for work, try this. If you want a smoothie that can fill your tummy for quite a while, try this.
Brownie points:
Ranks high on the taste factor, thanks to mangoes. It sweetened just enough so it feels like you’re biting into a luscious mango. It has all the nutrients that you need and even the ones that you quite honestly, never knew existed. It’s extremely refreshing and when you feel like drinking a juice/smoothie/shake that is refreshing, this is the one to go for.
Black points:
It’s sweetened for better taste, but there’s always a calorie meter that hates us all. And because it’s sweetened, it’s not going to have much fibre in it. Artificial flavours might not sound appetising, but we to add it to make it taste delicious.
